It ensures efficient promotion tracking, automated API scoring, and centralized service documentation—all while maintaining transparency and regulatory compliance.

  • Faculty Profile & Service Record Management :- Maintain a centralized digital service book for each faculty member, capturing personal, academic, and employment history. The system automatically tracks years of service and flags eligibility for the next stage of promotion based on institutional criteria.
  • Document Repository :- Faculty members can input their teaching workload, research publications, books authored, participation in FDPs/MDPs, and community outreach activities. All supporting evidence— such as PDFs, certificates, and conference proceedings—can be uploaded and securely stored for committee review.
  • Workflow Automation & Role-Based Approval Routing :- The module supports a step-by-step, role-based workflow where faculty submit applications, upload necessary proofs, and route them through HoD, IQAC/Dean, Screening Committee, and finally to the Selection Committee for approval. Each stage is logged and monitored for status and compliance.
  • Scorecard & CAS Report Generator :- Automatically generates CAS applications in the prescribed UGC/API format, calculating API scores and summarizing contributions in real-time. The system allows export to PDF or Excel for final submission, archival, or audit purposes.
